What kind of food is good for reducing extra fat from our body
To change your body composition, exercise is going to be a key ingredient. But if you want to change the amount of fat you're taking in, make sure you're not adding unnecessary fats in condiments such as salad dressings, or mayo. Also, if you're a big soda drinker, you can easily lose weight by substituting soda for another low-calorie or no-calorie drink. Soda has a lot of empty calories that are known to add to your waist line.
What do you have to eat inorder to be healthy? Like amount of food to eat and what kind of food to eat daily?
There isn't one set of foods you need to be healthy. Being healthy means a lot of things. For starters, all of your meals should be balanced. Your "plates" or meals should be of these general proportions:
1/4 plate protein
1/4 plate starch
1/2 plate non starchy vegetables
The exact amount of food you need to eat depends on your body weight and amount of activity. If you want more information on this topic, you can visit mypyramid.gov.

Corn Syrup
There are a lot of people out there who think that high fructose corn syrup is bad for you and it should be eliminated from our diets. This isn't entirely true. High fructose corn syrup is made up of glucose and fructose just like regular table sugar. The only difference is that it has a higher percentage of fructose. High fructose corn syrup is added to many products that you wouldn't expect such as tomato sauce, bread, soup, etc, and it adds a lot of extra calories. I think the biggest problem with high fructose corn syrup is that most consumers don't know how much of it their eating. Unless you read the labels of everything you buy at the grocery store, you are unaware of how much of this sugar you are putting into your body, and this is what causes obesity. I believe that everything should be consumed in moderation.
Yummy Drinks
If you don't like drinking water, and want to find a drink that is good for you but also tastes good, make sure you stay away from sugary sodas and fruit juices. These have a lot of added calories that you don't need. I would try things like crystal light that taste just as good as regular lemonade or iced tea, but don't give you those extra calories. Fruit juices are also good to drink to add some vitamins and minerals to your diet. However, you have to pick one that doesn't have added high fructose corn syrup or a lot of other added sugars. You want one whose ingredient label has only a few ingredients with majority of them being fruit juice.
Grass Fed Beef
Majority of the cows in America are fed corn. Cows weren't meant to eat corn, they were built to eat grass. The corn makes them really fat really quick. So one benefit of eating grass-fed beef is that it will be significantly lower in saturated fat. Also, feeding the cows corn messes with the chemistry of their stomachs allowing for growth of E. coli 0157:H7 which is a very deadly bacteria. Eating grass-fed beef eliminates your risk of getting E. coli 0157:H7.

"What kind of food helps you gain muscle quicker?"
To build muscle, you want foods that are high in protein but low in fat. Most animal products are high in protein (such as meats, dairy, eggs..) but you want to make sure that you choose ones that don't have much fat or many calories. This will help you build lean muscle, instead of muscle with a layer of fat over it.
In response to: "What kind of food gives you the most protein?"
Well.. there are 2 types of protein out there; animal based protein and plant based protein. These protein sources can be complete or incomplete. Eggs are considered the gold standard for protein content. They are a complete source of protein, and low in calories. Other good sources of protein include lean cuts of meat (like skinless chicken breast or beef with a low amount of marbling). Also, dairy products provide a lot of protein per serving (fat free or low fat cheeses, yogurts, and milk).
