Yummy Drinks

If you don't like drinking water, and want to find a drink that is good for you but also tastes good, make sure you stay away from sugary sodas and fruit juices.  These have a lot of added calories that you don't need.  I would try things like crystal light that taste just as good as regular lemonade or iced tea, but don't give you those extra calories.  Fruit juices are also good to drink to add some vitamins and minerals to your diet.  However, you have to pick one that doesn't have added high fructose corn syrup or a lot of other added sugars.  You want one whose ingredient label has only a few ingredients with majority of them being fruit juice.
