Grass Fed Beef

Majority of the cows in America are fed corn.  Cows weren't meant to eat corn, they were built to eat grass.  The corn makes them really fat really quick.  So one benefit of eating grass-fed beef is that it will be significantly lower in saturated fat.  Also, feeding the cows corn messes with the chemistry of their stomachs allowing for growth of E. coli 0157:H7 which is a very deadly bacteria.  Eating grass-fed beef eliminates your risk of getting E. coli 0157:H7.
