Well.. there are 2 types of protein out there; animal based protein and plant based protein. These protein sources can be complete or incomplete. Eggs are considered the gold standard for protein content. They are a complete source of protein, and low in calories. Other good sources of protein include lean cuts of meat (like skinless chicken breast or beef with a low amount of marbling). Also, dairy products provide a lot of protein per serving (fat free or low fat cheeses, yogurts, and milk).
