Hi Everyone!
My name is Alexandra Dauz, and I'm a senior Food Science major, Chemistry minor at the University of Delaware. I am the diet record analyst and lab tech for a research team working on the SPOON study that is taking place at Yale Medical School and the University of Connecticut. We are looking at the effect of supplemental protein on bone density in post menopausal women. I am also a member of the Institute of Food Technologists, winner of the 2009 Iron Chef Competition at UD, and a restaurant reviewer for Hungry City Guides.
